Head of BSS Development		 Mikhail Khomarov was born in 1960 in Moscow.

He has a Degree in Applied Mathematics.

From 1986 to 1992 Mikhail worked as an analyst for a government agency.
From 1994 to 1996 he was leading programmer in «Moscow Cellular Communications».

He joined CBOSS in 1997.
Is currently Head of BSS Development.
