Born on March 3, 1968 in Omsk. Graduated from Omsk State University, the Faculty of Economics. For three years taught at the university. From 1993 to 1998 worked for Inkombank, where he progressed from loan officer to deputy manager of West Siberian Regional Center. Vladislav was responsible for loan operations, financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management. From 1998 to 2000 held a position as CFO at Sibneft-Omsk Refinery, where he was responsible for planning, budgeting, and optimization of financial resource use. From 2000 to 2002 continued his career in the banking industry (Alfa-Bank, Uralsib). From 2002 to 2004 worked for Far-Eastern Shipping Company (Fesco) and Sovfracht Holding, where he held appointments from deputy CEO in charge of economics and finance to member of the board of directors. Working with Sovfracht, Vladislav implemented a series of reforms designed to decrease expenses and improve the profitability of the company. From 2004 worked as deputy CEO for ROSA Holding engaged in stevedoring and coal business. In ROSA Holding, Vladislav was responsible for the development of a finance management system, and organization of planning and management accounting. In 2006, Vladislav joined CBOSS Corporation as the Chief Financial Officer. Hobbies: traveling, water tourism, literature and poetry. |
