Born in Moscow in 1969. In 1993 graduated from the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics, the faculty of Trade and Economics. From 1987 to 1989 served in the USSR Navy. In 1991-1993 took part in mutual telecommunications projects of the Russian Space Agency (RSA) and the European Space Agency (ESA) in Paris. In 1994-1999 was engaged in project financing in MOST-Bank. From 1999 to 2003 headed the Investment Banking Department of the largest Russian mass media holding. Joined CBOSS in 2004. Is responsible for the promotion and implementation of investment projects in the field of real estate, recreation and timber processing. Is currently President of the CBOSS-Region charitable foundation. Hobby – active tourism. |
