Born in Moscow in 1966. In 1989, graduated from the Institute of Asian and African Studies of Moscow State University majoring in international economic relations as a specialist in economics of the East and a translator of Vietnamese. In 1989-2002, he held various positions in representative offices of Russian companies in Vietnam. Also, he worked with Russian and Russian-Vietnamese organizations involved in international cooperation. In 2002-2004, he was a representative of the Russian Center for International Scientific and Cultural Cooperation and the First Secretary of the Russian Embassy in Vietnam. In 2005, he joined CBOSS as the head of the company’s representative office in Vietnam. From 2008 Mikhail Simonov is the CEO of CBOSS Asia Pacific LTD (Vietnam).
