CBOSS Housing Program
According to CBOSS Mission Statement, CBOSS employees benefit from social responsibility of the enterprise. It provides for reproduction of the most valuable asset of any company – its human capital.
The concept of CBOSS Housing Program helps to attract and retain promising specialists, motivate employees to increase performance and personal responsibility. The program covers investment in construction of housing for CBOSS personnel. A modern monolith block of flats has been built in a picturesque place of Moscow, near the Bitza Park, not far away from CBOSS Corporaion office, for those the employees who need to improve their living conditions. The second stage of the Program – construction of a modern residential settlement not far from Moscow, in Leninsky district of Moscow oblast - is already scheduled.
CBOSS Housing Program participants can either rent or purchase the corporate housing on the installment plan. Moreover, CBOSS mortgage terms appear much better than the average for mortgage in Moscow. For instance, the estimated cost of long-term rent of an apartment with directive purchase after 10 years is 128 (one hundred twenty eight) percent less than the average mortgage cost.
CBOSS Corporaion follows high quality and comfort requirements to the housing designed and constructed for CBOSS specialists. The dedicated units of the Corporaion will provide house security and maintenance. Corporate housing allows CBOSS specialists to fully concentrate on their work, saving them from housing problems.
