We have created all the necessary conditions, using cutting-edge high-tech equipment that meets the demands of growing telecom companies. Our computer pool includes more than 2,000 powerful Hewlett-Packard workstations based on Intel Pentium IV. The total efficiency of our computers is comparable with that of leading banks, telecom enterprises and research institutes.

We develop our software products on RDBMS Oracle 8 and MDBMS Oracle Express Server 6.3.0, as well as using our RISC servers produced by Sun Microsystems and Hewlett Packard. These include database servers Sun Fire E6900 (24 CPU US-IV, 192 GB RAM, up to 24 TB free disk space) and two Sun Fire 4810 servers (12 CPU US-III, 96 GB RAM). Software is developed in Oracle Developer, Visual C++, Oracle Express Objects, Business Objects, etc. We have the largest server complex among software developers in Eastern Europe.
We have a testing ground enabling us to conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of the products we offer. We have direct access to modern switching equipment by leading international manufacturers (Siemens, Ericsson, Alcatel, Nokia, Lucent, Nortel), which carry a full commercial load.

Compensation and Benefits
CBOSS salaries are 10-15% higher than similar average salaries in Moscow, and this difference is growing continually. In CBOSS, salaries depend on employee labor efficiency. It is not just words! Thanks to CBOSSmis Management Information System, efficiency and quality of work are assessed without bias and don’t depend on the boss’s mood. The starting salary is based on comprehensive entry tests and interviews depending on your qualifications and professional experience. The starting salary can even be greater than in job advertisements. After the trial period, the employee’s proficiency will be assessed during an appraisal. Then, a permanent employment decision will be made and the salary determined. However, it doesn’t mean that the salary will stay the same. CBOSS employs a flexible and fair compensation system that allows adequate appraisal of an employee’s contribution. Here are just a few ways of adjusting salaries:
- as a reward for the execution of specific tasks;
- as a result of mandatory appraisals held, as a rule, once every six months;
- based on performance of groups, departments and the entire company over certain periods or in relation to specific projects (in this case salaries may also be reduced);
- employees who contributed the most to the company’s growth become partners, and their annual salary is aligned to the company’s income.

Training

We develop software of international standard (a fact acknowledged at several international trade shows), that’s why one of our strategic priorities is to sell our products abroad. Hence, the requirement to have a good command of English is applied to all! Unlike other companies, we don’t demand that you have perfect English at the moment of enrollment. We think that the key reason for employment is knowledge and potential to learn English. For this reason, we have organized English courses where employees can and must improve their English and raise it to the required level. The courses are free of charge. Moreover, employees who successfully pass tests and are able to apply their knowledge in everyday work receive up to a 50% increase in their salary.

Sport
A proverb says: a sound mind in a sound body. That is why we encourage sport. CBOSS has a gym and workout room where you can use fitness equipment, play mini football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis and tennis. On top of this, we organize karate sessions attended by the CBOSS Corporaion President. Could you afford all these before? Hardly! Think how much money and time it usually takes. Here is a great opportunity for you to save your spare time. To get to our gym all you have to do is go to the ninth floor and you can do so whenever you want. You can avoid traffic jams and big crowds and enjoy the latest fitness equipment and workouts to pleasant music. What could be better?

Leisure
Recreation is invaluable for good work, and we are well aware of it. CBOSS has several clubs: dance club, hunt club, paintball club and bike club. The company contributes to these activities – the bike club has its own premises and owns three motorcycles so that everyone who wants to can learn to ride and prepare for the driving license exams. CBOSS promotes a healthy environment by organizing weekend outings to the countryside with sports and other entertainments.
