How many lives can you live? The question is meaningful for players of Q-ZAR, a futuristic live action game. According to the energize scenario, each player is given twenty lives. And it gives you nineteen chances to resurrect and return to new battles in a fog-filled labyrinth with fluorescent lights. The Q-ZAR computer saves the actions of all players. CBOSS players have a good chance to test their teamwork skills while tracking down their opponents. Originating from paintball, Q-ZAR helps to develop quick reaction, dexterity, smartness and ability to optimize one’s actions, as well as to perform under stress.
To test means to explore

Software testers need only creative enthusiasm to succeed. Their task is to put to tests the brainchild of designers, developers and programmers, as well as to make CBOSS technologies achieve reliability and perfect condition. Champions
The first open Q-ZAR championship held by CBOSS Corporation for one of its divisions in April attracted many participants. About one hundred employees of the Testing and Quality Control Service participated in qualifying games. There were still more people who wanted to join one of the eight quarterfinal teams. The preliminary games at the entertainment center gathered, besides unnamed teams, “Voodoo People”, “Kutuzov & Co”, “Old guard” and “voroSHILAKovskie strelki”.
The team that scores maximum points in a half-hour battle wins. The team score is the sum of personal scores calculated when the team members recharge their blasters from the energizer. The game itself requires quickness and accuracy, self-control and precise tactics. “BAMIMA:Bam Buffer” and “Fir$t” qualified for the semifinal on April 13 and, in the final held on April 17, “Fir$t” proved its name by winning the championship. "I am very glad that our team won,” proudly says Leonid Vasiliev, the team captain. – “I am especially glad that our team tactics helped us to win. We thoroughly prepared for the contest and attentively studied the tactics of our rivals. I think it determined the outcome of the contest. It would be great to arrange such a championship not within one division, but for the whole Corporation. This could increase the motivation and performance of our teams".
Energizing creativity
The winners were given “energizing” devices - portable mobile phone rechargers. The contest had no losers, so, a lot of people wanted to continue the game. CBOSS Corporation pays much attention to arranging leisure and entertainment for the employees. Such off-hour meetings help to unite the working team, develop and strengthen business and personal relations between workers, stimulate interest in work, and increase the attraction of the complex production activities.
