CBOSS Enables the Unique 'Service Card' Project in Eniseytelecom

For the first time in Russia, Eniseytelecom (ETK) - the largest operator of the Krasnoyarsky krai - unveiled the 'Service Card' offering. A part of the loyalty program, the Service Card may include various service packages at a discount price. This is similar to buying a bulk service package - a traditional approach to cost optimization.

The Service Card is a plastic card similar to a voucher, but translating into service packages (airtime, SMS, MB of data) rather than money. According to ETK, the new option will not only become an important customer retention tool, providing a price advantage, but also make existing tariffs more flexible and transparent without reinvention of all price plans. For example, if voice price in a tariff seems reasonable to a customer but SMS or data rates are high, a Service Card may be an option. This approach makes cost control much easier for customers.

The unique new card was created using Product Development Support - a CRM consulting service from CBOSS. Relying on the high professionalism of CBOSS experts, ЕТК delegated most of the configuration functions to them. All other works were supported and closely monitored by CBOSS. The team managed to deploy the new service in record time - less then a month elapsed between the initial discussion and the first card sold!
