As per Contract #02-626-81/2001 dd. 25 July 2001, SoftPro CJSC technical support representative has been configuring and testing the switch management system for our company transition from Alcatel to Ericsson switch. His job was to develop/test command macros. Despite a very tight schedule and special adverse conditions for changing the switch, he did his best. He is capable to fulfill his job precisely with very high quality in frames of the main part of our agreement. It must be noted that in transition to a new switch status of subscriber services the main testing had to be done overnight resulting in very tough challenges. Steady operating of the system reconfigured is the best evidence for his high level professionalism with his high  responsibilities.
