CBOSS Association Signs Contract for Enhancing MTS Network Billing System Configuration in Sverdlovsk Region to 1.2M

MOSCOW, June 22. (PRIME-TASS). CBOSS Association has signed a contract for enhancing the configuration of the billing system and a number of value-added products, implemented at the “Mobile TeleSystems” OJSC network in the Sverdlovsk region (“Uraltel” CJSC mobile operator), as reported by the Association press service.
The contract stipulates increasing the number of licenses for the CBOSS billing system, Automatic Customer Care CBOSSacc, Internet Customer Service CBOSSics, Internet Sales Point CBOSSisp, and External Resources Management System CBOSSmdDrive, from 500 thousand to 1.2 million subscribers.
In addition, according to the contract, the configuration of the Voice/Fax Mail System CBOSSvmail is to be enhanced from 100 thousand to 500 thousand subscribers and the capacity of the Short Message Service Center CBOSSsms is to be increased from 50 to 100 messages per second.
Another CBOSS development - the Friends&Family option - will be enhanced as well.
