Adamind and CBOSS to Carry out Works for Azercell

Adamind, the supplier of software products for multimedia content adaptation, and CBOSS Association, the developer of billing systems and other solutions for mobile operators, have signed a new OEM agreement. Under the agreement, CBOSS is to install an independent centralized media adapter Adamind MediaSpireTM as a component of the MMS center, serving more than 1.3M subscribers, for the Azerbaijanian mobile operator Azercell Telecom. It will enable the operator to provide integrated services in processing various MMS content to its subscribers.

The Adamind technology is aimed at ensuring the compatibility of different mobile phone models via mobile content adaptation, which enables its reception and delivery to any type of phone avoiding quality losses. According to the OEM agreement signed, CBOSS Association will both supply CBOSS and Adamind integrated solutions and carry out the installation of the Adamind transcoder on its own.

The agreement on the system implementation in the Azerbaijanian operator’s network was the first step towards promoting Adamind in Russia and the Caspian Region, and the OEM partnership with CBOSS is to further strengthen the company position. “We are satisfied with our long-term cooperation with Azercell Telecom. With the partnership support from Adamind, we will provide Azercell Company with the best solution for processing various mobile content,” – emphasized Andrew Maklakov, CBOSS Vice President, Head of VAS Development Division. – “We hope to further develop our partnership relations with Adamind Company and to implement new integrated solutions which are to serve as the basis for mutually beneficial development in the future and expansion of our customer base among mobile operators”.
