CBOSS Association to Sponsor International Business Forum in Kiev

"Call Center & CRM Solutions 2004" International Business Forum scheduled for April 20, 2004 in Kiev, Ukraine, is sponsored by CBOSS Association.

The purpose of the Forum is to share the experience of efficient deployment of state-of-art technologies and solutions for business development. The Forum will have the four topical sections:

Technologies and solutions for call centers and CRM systems;

Telemarketing and commercial telecom services;

Strategy and tactics of implementation and deployment of call centers and CRM systems;

Sharing experience: implementation and deployment of call centers and CRM systems.

Over 250 specialists from Ukraine, CIS and Europe are expected to take part in the forum, including the representatives of Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers and the Committee for Telecommunication and Informatization of Ukraine.
