On April 20-22, Kiev hosted International business forum "Call Center & CRM Solutions 2004" with CBOSS Association acting as Gold sponsor. The forum aimed to provide Ukrainian consumers with insight into today’s effective application of business development technologies and solutions. The forum program featured several tracks: "Strategy and Tactics of CRM Solutions and Call Centers", "Technology and Solutions", and "Implementation and Case Studies".
The business forum provided a showcase of products and services offered by CBOSS Association and other leading international CRM and Call center developers ("Dialog-Kiev", AVAYA, UTEL, Miratech, Nortel Networks, Bercut).
The event attendees (about 250 specialists from Ukraine, CIS and Europe) listened to reports delivered by CBOSS Association representatives: "Analytical CRM Methods Implemented at Marketing Divisions. Case Study of CBOSS CRM Technologies Application for Mobile Operators ("ReCom")" by Irina Golovkina and "Personalization in Customer Care: Getting the Message" by Sergey Kolesnikov.
Irina Golovkina, Head of CBOSS Commercial Department said in her interview to Mforum that CBOSS sees prospects in the Ukrainian market in terms of demand for convergent business operation support systems: "The Ukrainian telecom market grows rapidly and more operators are in need of quality software. As far as we know, Ukrainian operators purchase solutions from abroad and that can instigate us to fight for Ukrainian customers, as we consider our solutions to be optimal in terms of price-quality ratio".
CBOSS Association is ready to serve both large and small clients in Ukraine. "We offer small-sized telecom operators out Lite-family products with reduced functionalities", says a CBOSS Commercial Department specialist Sergey Kolesnikov. He also said that CBOSS Association negotiated with the Russian "Golden Telecom" to install CBOSS products in the Russian and Ukrainian branches of the operator. To date, CBOSS has 735 product installations. The company has 140 customers in 18 countries worldwide, and its products serve 40 million subscribers.
