A New VAS-Product from CBOSS - CBOSScallme Notification ServiceCBOSS is announcing its new product – the CBOSScallme notification service, allowing mobile customers to remain available even when their account balance is running low. Innovative new services play an increasingly important role on the mobile market as they enable improved profit margins and customer loyalty. To achieve these goals, carriers are expanding their VAS portfolios striving to boost the efficiency of their telecommunications business. With CBOSScallme, prepaid customers with low or zero account balance can still stay in touch. A subscriber can request another subscriber to call him/her back (Call Me). CBOSScallme also allows a customer to request someone to top up his/her account (Recharge Me). The customer sends a USSD (in GSM) or USSD-like request (in CDMA) to the dedicated number. CBOSScallme then sends a message requesting the recipient to call the sender back or recharge his/her account. The recipient may then return the call or transfer funds to the sender’s account. If the destination mobile does not support SMS, CBOSScallme can send a voice message instead and replay it to the recipient as many times as necessary. This functionality is an important enhancement to CBOSScallme, allowing service users to send their requests to both mobile and PSTN phones. CBOSScallme is based on CBOSSasap Advanced Architecture for Service and Application Provisioning and supports all of its administration features: centralized control, alarming, statistics collection for the routine technical and marketing monitoring, and more. With CBOSScallme, mobile carriers can increase their profit margins due to additional paid traffic generated by customers who would otherwise be unable to make a call.
