According to the RF Ministry of Communications and Mass Media, during his working visit to France Minister Igor Shchegolev had a meeting with Didier Lombard, CEO of France Telecom, where

"parties also noted that a stable partnership between France Telecom and CBOSS Corporation, Russia's software vendor, may become an additional advantage when considering CBOSS' participation in the new France Telecom's project in Africa. CBOSS technologies are already successfully used in Orange Moldova and Orange Armenia."
