Offline Payment Collection via External Payment Systems

CBOSSbankAPI integrates CBOSSbcc with external payment collection systems and enables the automatic registration of payments via the mail protocol.

System Operation

CBOSSbankAPI offline automates the interaction with any payment company, although some modification is needed to ensure compliance with CBOSSbankAPI offline.
Unlike CBOSSbankAPI online, CBOSSbankAPI offline does not require an always-on Internet connection. The client side generates and sends requests for the registration of payments to CBOSSbcc automatically or manually over a mail protocol via either a LAN or dialup.
CBOSSbankAPI offline supports the traditional CBOSSbcc payment registration scheme. It allows the identification of payers using various parameters including mobile number or account number. Transactions can be registered as a credit adjustment to the customer’s account or as a debit adjustment to the payment company’s dealer account. The system also supports the registration of unidentified payments with an incorrect account number. Such payments are registered manually by CBOSSbcc users, ensuring the guaranteed delivery of payments to the customer’s account.

Key Features

  • Automatic registration of payments in CBOSSbcc
  • Request status monitoring, payment registration confirmation and repeated payment delivery in the event of failure
  • The file exchange mechanism is enabled when the Internet connection is unavailable. The requests and DB responses (successful registration/failure) are saved into files that are transferred via FTP or on floppy disks.
  • Backdated registration of payments
  • Backdated conversion of payments
  • Registration of unidentified payments to a special CBOSSbcc account
  • Protection against the duplicate registration of payments.

Integration

The open interface of CBOSSbankAPI offline allows for easy integration with ANY payment system.
Integration with CBOSSsms (or any third-party SMSC) enables the SMS notification of registration of payments.
