Unified Messaging Solution
CBOSSchat is an interactive service that provides mobile and Internet subscribers with real time chat functionalities over SMS, WAP or Web.
System Operation
User messages sent from the operator’s website or via WAP are collected at the operator’s Web server and further transmitted to CBOSSchat server. Short messages are forwarded from the operator’s SMSC to CBOSSchat server.
CBOSSchat handles the messages defining whether they are private or public. Processing commands or user queries for instructions, passwords, chat room lists, etc., CBOSSchat retrieves the data and delivers the reply to a mobile handset or chat page.
Command sending is similar to SMS sending. A user sends SMS or selects a command at the Web page, and receives a response to a handset or Web page.
