CBOSSics-SelfRegistration is a convenient and easy-to-use interface for subscriber self-registration. The absence of need to visit a sales office makes service initialization fast and easy. The system dramatically widens the operator’s geographical domain and takes new customer registration to a completely new level.
System Operation
To register himself in the system, a potential subscriber enters the telco’s web site and fills in the proffered web forms. With all the details filled in (initialization profile, personal data, contact information, etc.), the customer forwards the data and registers an initial payment.
The data sent is delivered to the CBOSSics-SelfRegistration server where it is stored awaiting confirmation. To confirm the registration, the customer needs to input his personal code that is e-mailed to him immediately after the initial payment registration. After the final registration confirmation, all the data is processed on the CBOSSics-SelfRegistration application server and stored in the billing system database. The billing system automatically generates the subscriber contract and account, and the SIM card delivery request.

Each initialization profile consists of a multiple-option set of registration parameters, e.g., settlement method, rating scheme, service package, payment type, bill delivery means, subscriber category, etc. The predefined sets of parameters dramatically facilitate and speed up the registration procedure.
- Wide choice of phone numbers
The customer can choose a phone number from the list of available numbers offered.
- Registration of an initial payment
CBOSSics-SelfRegistration supports multiple payment collection channels (cash, scratch card, etc.). Integration with an authorization center and CBOSSbcc allows the customer to register the initial payment by bankcard or via an external payment system.
- Direct debiting (optional)
The customer can specify details of an account to be automatically charged for telecom services.
- Automatic registration of the SIM card delivery request

After successful registration, the subscriber receives an e-mail with the telco’s welcome message containing the parameters of the registered contract.
- Switch to CBOSSics.
Immediately after the registration confirmation, the customer can go to CBOSSics Internet Customer Service System and enjoy all its functionalities.
