CBOSS Association offers CBOSSin convergent telecommunications application server. The solution is a proprietary implementation of IN technology overlaying separation of switching and service provisioning functions. The server is designed to deploy any intelligent service even outside telecommunications network area.
In an intelligent network the service logic migrates from the switching points to the intelligent server enabling an operator to manage and modify services independently of ever-growing customer demands. This facilitates service development, cuts time and costs, generates new revenues from legacy services.
Convergence is a CBOSSin key concept that enables provisioning of the whole range of telecommunications services (Internet access, telephony, etc.) on a single platform.

  • CBOSSacc Automatic Customer Care is an IVR-system automating customer care operations. The solution supports interactive and notification modes (low balance alerts, marketing notification, new service promotion, etc.).
  • CBOSSacd Automatic Call Distribution is designed to automate customer care operations. The system enables distribution of inbound customer calls to the customer care service, delivering them to relevant hunting groups. When an operator is reached, CBOSSacd retrieves calling customer data from the database to display it to the operator in real-time.
  • CBOSSvmail Voice/Fax Mail System is designed to store and send customer voice and facsimile messages. Integration with CBOSSbcc Billing&CC system enables wider range of customer services including bill delivery by fax, customer notification, etc. The solution seamlessly integrates with CBOSSacc and CBOSSsms.
  • CBOSSvote Automatic Votes and Competitions System enables polls and infotainment competitions via voice, SMS, USSD, and Internet. The system was specifically designed to meet requirements of interactive television, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • CBOSSvpn Virtual Private Network is designed to integrate mobile and fixed terminals into a single corporate network that supports independent numbering plan and corporate calls monitoring. The solution enables to deploy and maintain any corporate telephone network.
    CBOSSvpn supports a full-scale mobile office that enables to separate personal and business calls, support domains, screen calls by date/time, develop own numbering plans, create subscriber classes, etc.
  • CBOSScallback allows customers to use auto-dialing capabilities and save on outbound calls. CBOSScallback can be used to deploy roaming services for prepaid customers in environments not supporting CAMEL. Connection request can be sent via USSD, WEB, WAP, e-mail, SMS, and self-service systems.
  • CBOSSabd Abbreviated Dialing System allows customers to publish a short number and have incoming calls routed to his real number. The system enables customer privacy and web-enabled short number management.
  • CBOSScallScreening allows barring or forwarding unwanted or irrelevant calls. The system features flexible filters, black and white lists, limitations on outbound calls, etc.
  • CBOSSssc Supplementary Switching Center provides customers with intelligent answering machine, auto-dialing functionality, connections to overlay network numbers, and capability to fetch own mobile number.
  • CBOSSsplitCharging allows customers to make collect calls on explicit consent of the called party. In addition, the system enables subscribers to configure black and white lists.
  • CBOSSstc Service Telephone Card System enables operations with telephone cards including card registration/management, calls rating, etc.
    The system provides subscribers with access to service bundles including local/long distance/international calls, Internet, chargeable telco’s services, information services, etc.
  • CBOSSmissedCall sends short messages (SMS) to customers notifying them of calls they missed while unreachable, busy, out of coverage, etc.
  • CBOSSmms Multimedia Messaging System enables customers to exchange multimedia messages from either a mobile phone or a PC. Customers may also order multimedia content from content providers and send multimedia messages to non-MMS capable handsets. The system supports flexible rating models based on MMS sending/delivery fact, MMS volume, MMS content, etc.
  • CBOSSprepaid Intelligent Prepaid Platform is a reliable and efficient real-time solution for prepaid service provisioning. The system enables customers to manage account balance and monitor expenditures. CBOSSprepaid may be delivered in configurations based on Classic IN, Service Node or Loop Around.
  • CBOSScrbt Color Ring Back Tone System enables customers to replace standard “busy” or “unavailable” tones with any sound fragments.
  • CBOSSwirelineSMS Fixwd-line SMSC enables SMS exchange with PSTN subscribers having fixed SMS-enabled phones. The system supports all the standard SMSC functionalities including SMS sending/reception, SMS repeated delivery, SMS deferred sending, SMS notifications, SMS polls, etc.
  • CBOSSwelcomeRoamer Roamer Notification Service enables SMS notification of roamers.
  • CBOSSsms2voice SMS-to-Voice Gateway and CBOSSsms2fax SMS-toFax Gateway allow SMS reception, conversion to voice/fax, and SMS delivery.
  • CBOSSicq2sms ICQ-to-SMS Gateway enables customers to use the whole ICQ functionality with a mobile gadget. Seamless integration makes ICQ user unaware of message source (mobile or PC). The system may be integrated with CBOSSsms and third-party SMSCs via SMPP.
  • CBOSSemail2sms Email-toSMS Gateway enables message exchange between SMS and email users.
  • CBOSSchat Unified Messaging Solution for Mobile Subscribers is a universal chat for mobile users enabling them to communicate via SMS-, WAP- or WEB-enabled interface. The system seamlessly integrates with CBOSSsms and third-party SMSC via SMPP.

Service Delivery Platform

In addition to a wide range of CBOSSin-based services CBOSS Association offers a service delivery platform CBOSSsdp. The solution enables an operator to develop new IN services on its own. CBOSSsdp features a graphical user interface, which does not require any programming skills and underlying architecture awareness. All you need to design a service is to map it and compile the objects.
