SMS-to-Voice Gateway
CBOSSsms2voice supports SMS reception, conversion into voice and delivery.
It enables SMS exchange between mobile and PSTN subscribers and SMS delivery to a fixed-line phone.
Operation
For a sender service use is similar to conventional SMS delivery: a sender inputs SMS text, message validity period, and recipient’s number preceded by sms2voice service prefix. On message delivery, the sender receives SMS notification.
Message reception is similar to a conventional phone call: the recipient picks up the phone, listens to a welcoming message, sender info and the voice message.
