CBOSSssc is a hardware/software solution extending the range of standard switch functions. CBOSSssc enables auto-dialing, intelligent voice response, connection with overlay network numbers, etc. The system also allows a subscriber to get his own mobile number.
System Operation
Functionalities
- Auto-dialing
Subscriber may order auto-dialing either in the interactive mode or by dialing CBOSSssc code followed by the destination number. Interactive mode also enables additional auto-dialing parameters (e.g. redialing attempts limit, etc.)
- Connection with overlay network numbers
Connection with overlay network numbers is performed either in the interactive mode or by dialing CBOSSssc code and the number. Subscribers may simplify dialing by saving such numbers to the handset memory.
- Intelligent Voice Response
Intelligent Voice Response allows managing the standard set of voice fragments. E.g., if an indebted subscriber tries to place a call, he will hear not only the standard “your number is temporally blocked”, but can also listen to additional information, e.g. addresses of payment offices and their work schedule. If CBOSSssc is connected with the billing system database, it can play back the account balance information.
- "FIND OUT YOUR MOBILE NUMBER" service
On calling a dedicated CBOSSssc number, a subscriber can find out his mobile number. The function is especially convenient for customers activated via dealers, prepaid customers, etc.
Integration
CBOSSssc can be integrated with any billing systems including CBOSSbcc. Integration allows to rate CBOSSssc services.
Integration also enables CBOSSssc services to access the billing system database.
Requests to the database enhance the efficiency of "Intelligent Voice Response", i.e. the service generates customized sound fragments rather than just playing back the standard messages. E.g. it is possible to inform subscriber on the account balance and recommended payment amount.
