Voice/Fax Mail System
CBOSSvfmail allows sending voice or fax messages to unavailable subscribers. The messages are delivered to the subscriber mailbox implementing a multi-channel feature-rich answering machine.
CBOSSvfmail offers an operator a competitive advantage of improved customer care and marketing news delivery to subscriber mailboxes.
System Operation
CBOSSvfmail provides an individual voice/fax mailbox to every service user. If subscriber is unavailable or the number is busy, the call is automatically forwarded to his mailbox. The caller listens to the prompt to leave a message. CBOSSvfmail saves the message automatically defining the format (voice or facsimile).
As soon as the mailbox owner becomes available, the system informs him on new messages. Subscriber can set the phone number and time for notifications.
