System Operation
On phone registration in the visited network, customer data is transferred via the MAP protocol to the home operator’s switch. It means that SMS notification is to be sent to the roamer. Here CBOSSwelcomeRoamer starts operating. The database is requested if necessary and, if the subscriber has the right to get the service, the message text is generated dynamically. The message goes to SMSC, then to the visited switch and is delivered to the subscriber. By the results the switch generates the service detail record.
